My health coaching services are designed to create awareness, provide education, and cultivate conversation surrounding your personal wellness journey.  I serve as a guide through your transition into a happier, healthier version of YOU! 

By working together, we will 

identify your personal wellness goals and create a customized roadmap toward reaching them, radically improving and giving you a lifetime of tools for maintaining balance, health, and happiness!

HEALTH COACHING PROGRAMS 

Initial Strategy Session/Hourly Sessions

Is health coaching right for you?  Or, do you have a specific question or issue that you want to hone in on?  In an initial strategy session, we will discuss your current lifestyle and wellness goals to determine how I can best support you, whether through hourly sessions or a more in depth program.  90 minute initial session, $95/Hourly Session pricing varies.

3 month Program

This comprehensive and customized program is great for anyone ready to focus on creating long-lasting results.  Program includes (1) Six one-hour sessions with me via phone/Skype (two sessions per month), (2) Email/text support during duration of the program, and (3) Electronic educational materials and resources that you can use to keep your wellness goals on track well after this program is over (food diary, downloadable workouts, meditations, etc.)  $250/month or a $650 one-time payment! (Save $100 when you pay in full)
