Public Classes

I offer a limited in-person and virtual public yoga and fitness classes.  My current regular class schedule includes:


YMCA - Sarasota frank g. Berlin, Sr. Branch

Tuesdays, 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm  | Mixed-Level Vinyasa Yoga Class

This all-levels, intelligently sequenced vinyasa class is set to music.  Each class is unique and helps you to prepare your body for a peak posture.

Thursdays, 9:30 AM- 10:20 AM | Barefoot Bootcamp

FlyDance is a great place to fuse your yoga practice and workouts together.  Barefoot Bootcamp is a cardio barre class, jam-packed with full-body toning exercises that will change your body (and possibly your life)!  I also teach pop-up yoga classes at FLY, like YINSANE -- a yin-style yoga class designed to help students stretch, relax and restore before jumping into their next dance cardio, barre, or sculpting class.

Wednesdays, 7:00 am - 7:45 am | Sunrise Yoga Express

Saturdays, 7:00 am - 8:15 am Art + AsanA: An Art-inspired Yoga Flow

On Wednesdays, start your day off right with a short, sweet, and energizing yoga flow designed to awaken your body, focus your mind, and ignite your spirit.  Expect a flowing fusion of sun salutations, standing and seated yoga postures, and breath work.  Sign up here (at least eight hours in advance).

And, on Saturdays, each week, the 75-minute creative yoga flow will be uniquely curated and inspired by the work of a different local-artist.  Students can expect a playful, yet intelligently-sequenced yoga flow, linking breath to movement and building endurance, strength, flexibility, and, ultimately, inner stillness.  Sign up here (at least eight hours in advance).

All levels welcome (you can always move at your own pace and rest or modify, as needed).

My SWEAT and TONE classes are fun ways to fuse a yoga mindset and your workout together, no matter how busy your schedule or where you live in the world.  Classes include yoga asana, weight training, high intensity interval training, dance cardio, plyometric training and barre and toning exercises.  See schedule and pricing options here.
