Get outside and go for a cell-phone free walk or join me for one of these three 10-minute workday resets, designed to help you refocus, reenergize AND reduce stress virtually anytime, anywhere. While these are not high intensity activities (really, you can do these “exercises” in your work clothes right at your desk), make sure to adjust the movements as you need — move at your own pace and NEVER force a stretch.
