This total body-sculpting class combines isolated and repetitive movements with low-impact cardio, muscular endurance, and flexibility exercises.
This is NOT your typical barre class. It is fun, but intense, low impact, but athletic. Expect to get a little sweaty, challenge yourself, and (hopefully) smile while doing it!
