Public Classes

I offer both in person and virtual public yoga and fitness classes.  My current regular class schedule includes:

 

The Yoga Shack - Downtown Sarasota 

TUESDAYS, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM  | Warm Power Yoga 

Dynamic flow; this class will get you sweating and your heart rate up. Temperature varies.


YMCA - Sarasota frank g. Berlin, Sr. Branch

Tuesdays, 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm  | Mixed-Level Vinyasa Yoga Class

This all-levels, intelligently sequenced vinyasa class is set to music.  Each class is unique and helps you to prepare your body for a peak posture.

Thursdays, 9:30 AM- 10:20 AM | Barefoot Bootcamp

Yoga Sculpt and Barefoot Bootcamp classes are fun ways to fuse your yoga practice and workouts together.   Classes include yoga asana, weight training, high intensity interval training, cardio, and plyometric training, and barre and toning exercises, respectively.  Equipment varies from class to class.

Schedule Varies | HIGH INTENSITY YOGA CLASS/ Bodhi Barre
